I'm the founder of The Learning Engine and a learning and capability specialist with a passion for helping people and organisations perform at their best.

Over the last decade, I've worked in learning, development and digital transformation roles, designing training solutions, building capability programmes and helping organisations tackle complex performance challenges.

I'm particularly interested in finding practical solutions that make learning meaningful. Rather than starting with the question, "What training do we need?", I prefer to ask, "What's the problem we're trying to solve?" Sometimes the answer is training. Sometimes it isn't. Either way, understanding the real need is where the best solutions begin.

The Learning Engine was created to bring together experience, creativity and a genuine commitment to helping clients develop the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to succeed.

My approach combines strategic thinking with practical delivery, helping organisations move beyond training for training's sake and towards learning solutions that deliver measurable results.

I live in Northamptonshire with my husband, our son, and our dog Shelby, who is usually never far away when I'm working at home. Outside of consultancy, I enjoy live music, automotive projects, creative design and building things from the ground up, whether that's learning programmes or the occasional ambitious DIY project.
